Members of Solidarity marked May Day by distributing our special May Day recruitment leaflet at various towns around the U.K.
In Romford members leafleted rail commuters. Although a number believed we were courting their vote (polling being on the same day!), others were attracted by our banners asking the question 'May Day - is it still relevant in 2008?'. Once commuters dried up nearby streets were leafleted.
Leaflets were handed out in Torquay to local High Street shoppers.
Social events were held throughout the Bank Holiday weekend on a May Day theme.
Other Chapters of our Brotherhood were out on the streets and reports will follow. Please send in pictures and information regarding your activities on May 1 and on the Bank Holiday Monday itself. Together we are strong!
